We want you to love your NUDESTIX products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of purchase for all gently used items. Please note that certain limited-edition kits and final sale items are ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
